Halo to all

I have accord cu2 (2.4ivtec), and i have problems with ignition. Pump is working i can hear that, but when i starting engine it is imposible to start from first. I change sparks before 500km and nothing changed. When engine start, it works fine. There is no check engine light. I check ecu there is no some fault. When engine start there is drop of rpm, and than work fine. 

Can someone tell me what is the problem?

I would check the plugs to see they are not wet when cranking over the engine

Also check the plug gaps are correct
