Automatic gearbox oil change

Hello everyone. I have just joined the Club a few minutes ago. I appreciate your help.

 

The car we bought last summer is fitted with the auto-box and we haven't got the manual ..... 

 

Question concerning the auto-box oil change that I intend to carry-out myself.

a) How many litres should I get?

b) I read somewhere that you should change the plug with each gearbox oil change. Is this correct? If yes, where does one get one ?

I would source the correct fluid from your local Honda dealership and also ask them for any gaskets, filter and plug as well
