Hi there, Just wondering if anyone has replaced the front middle seatbelt. Mine is damaged. Just wondering if the seat has to be removed to do so. Or can it slide in front the front if the bottom seat is removed

Hi Steve, I've done this after bought myself a 2nd hand seatbelt that was still fine and done the following;

- removed the complete front middle seat fastened with six screws to the car-body

- took the time to follow all the connections of the seatbelt and removed them

- put on the new one

 

This work takes time and you will need to find yourself the way how to get the belt through the shaft that is passed through the chair. That is the most challenging part of this work. Sorry but I didn't make pictures or a video on this.
