Hi there!

 

I have a bit of a weird problem where I could really use some advice. The rear left signal light of my 2005 FR-V stopped working after towing our caravan for a while. I think it was OK until we unhitched the caravan.

 

Situation right now:

 

Right signal: normal

Left signal: only front & mirror (fast flashing)

Hazard lights: normal (also rear left)

Locking: normal (three blinks, also rear left)

Trailer lights: no singnal ligths left & right, rearlights and brake light normal.

 

So where do I start?

I got two diagrams from the same source. One shows separated rear turn signal from the control unit, the other shows one connection the three signal lights.. Which one is correct?

I would start by looking at the bulbs in the trailer board

If you have a wrong type of bulb then this can cause the problem
