White smoke on acceleration

Hi , I have 2009 honda accord 2.2 idtec diesel . Car smokes when on a startup and also when I accelerate . Smoke is in white colour and I have to top up coolant every week . Can anyone help me what will be the issue ?

Agree with the comment by Kenny , look to see if you have a white mixture in the oil filler cap if so its a Head Gasket gone, if this is the case get it seen to straight away before more serious damage is done.
