Need help to find a dip stick Housing

Hey, 

I just bought myself an 2004 Honda HRV. All is perfect with the car except some bruising and a missing dipstick tubing. Long story short, they broke it off in a service while switching oil. So is there a chance anyone can point me to a direction where I can find only housing for dipstick (plastic tube). Used or new doesn't really matter. Ps. Have checked junkyard near me and they don't have any Honda HRV.
