FRV blower stopped working

Hi, does anybody have any experience of this?
my blowers have stopped working. I have checked all the fuses and the resister. All is working. Does anybody have any suggestions?

Sometimes the motor burns out on them
Check by putting 12 volts directly to the motor for a couple of seconds max to see if it spins, then work from there
