I have previously used (with success) an ABS sensor from another Honda model which had the same fitment into the hub but was from the rear and used on the front
Was concerned that it carried a slightly higher resistance which actually did not make any difference to the system and had to loop it around so that it did not contact the wheel

Have a look on ebay for the vehicle spec and see what there is around
