Please any advice on the following 

 

2019 Honda civic 1.5 sports turbo 40,000 miles - just acquired 

 

1 parcel shelf information - can’t seem to see what I am doing wrong fitting it/ bit missing?

2. sound proofing?

3 general advice and local owners / owners club Northants/ Milton Keynes/ Bedford ?
