Honda FRV Speed Sensor. Speedo Erratic

Hi,

 

I've recently noticed that when the needle is sat between 60 and 70 mph, the needle bounces. I think the speed sensor could possibly be faulty.

 

Can someone please tell me where the sensor is located? And is it a straightforward replacement?
