rayintheuk Posted September 6 Share Posted September 6 Hello everyone. Can anyone advise me on the subject of CR-V headlamp glass. Mine are a slightly cloudy finish which doesn't wipe away. Can anyone tell me if it's a permanent effect that is impossible to remove or polish out, or can the effect be removed somehow. I see that replacements are expensive even from breakers yards. Lagotto Posted September 10 Share Posted September 10 When I bought my 2006 CR-V I could see that the headlight lenses were very poor, really yellow. I did some searching and found a highly recommended product, 3M 39073 Headlight Lens Restoration Kit. I thought I would give it a try, not expecting too much. However, following the instructions to the letter, I was very surprised to find the result was quite amazing. Both lenses are now crystal clear and like new.
