re generation setting

Any one tel me how to change the settings for this as the manual and the manual on the onboard display say to change the setting is done with the paddles on the steering wheel, now this crosstar that I have seem to be missing these said paddles.  I took it in for its 1st. service early this month and ask them to adjust ti for me  but this was not done[thank you very much honda Blackpool]                                                                                                                         cheers Dave Clough

Not sure of the procedure if you haven't got the paddles.
I would try another dealership to see if you get better service from them
