sandman Posted January 19 Posted January 19 Hi everyone We've just purchased a 2012 (facelifted) Honda CRV petrol auto with circa 100k miles on it, we love the car but trying to figure out if the below is normal with this model or there's something wrong. Still trying to narrow exact circumstances down but between 20 to 30mph, the car exhibits a small judder intermittently, almost like your driving on cats eyes. When I searched online I could only find references to American models of which the fix was to update the software on the car and change the ATF fluid, I called Honda UK who said this car does not have any recalls, car also has a full Honda service history so I guess any recall work would have been completed in any case. Advice would be appreciated 😀
Trevor Posted January 28 Posted January 28 Does it judder at a stable speed or when accelerating or decelerating?

I would say when accelerating very lightly but only at the lower speeds of between 20 to 30mph, seems better once warmed up, looking at the service history the differential oil was done 3 years ago but cant see any history of a ATF fluid change so may just book that in, will also ask them if they have any software updates for the transmission.
