What do you guys think, are they worth it?

I can get one from USA for about £100 delivered but wondering if it's worth the hassle.

My Vtec kicks in properly at about 6000RPM so I guess it would be nice to bring that down to about 4500RPM seeing as most of my driving is in and around town where 6000RPM is far too high to use.

What are everyone's opinions and experiences?
