CR-V 2011 to 2016

Honda Cr-V 2013 Won’t start…. all hell has broken out on the display relays clicking like a clam feeding festival. disconnected battery and it starts flashing again. added a full jump pack and no joy bought it from a local dealer in November and they can’t sort till 3rd January. in RAC but I am within 1 mile of my home and the insurance company did not give me home start… any ideas?please! Meant to be travelling to Kent from Cheshire for Christmas tomorrow!

Just noticed that my high level brake light has failed. Does anyone have any recommendations where to buy a decent one. I've seen Chinnese ones on Amazon for £20 or so but just asking peoples views,cheers.

Hi all, I'm trying to update the software on the infotainment system so that it can play Android Auto. Does anyone have any ways of getting this done? I am looking at going to the dealership for this but concerned they will charge me a fortune for it. Tia

Hi All, I would greatly appreciate your collective wisdom here,today I swopped out a car battery on my 2016 crv, during the process I had a obd battery minder in line and all seemed to go well until I attempted to start the car, the car will only start with the key fob touching the starter button and also I have lost keyless entry and locking including power tail gate, radio and computer are working fine, I can't believe it's the battery's in the remote as both were working perfectly prior to car battery swop, any thoughts please. Anyone else have problems with a 2014 crv with battery drains after a few days left parked? Does battery need replaced more than other cars or is it my imagination ?

Evening; my radio is playing up. Can only play a CD, volume works, on/off switch works, nothing else does. Seering wheel controls are OK so I can select a radio station. Haven't changed battery, or anything like that. Any ideas?

Hi, CRV community, I have a vibration between 60 and 70 miles an hour. It only happens under acceleration so stops the second I come off the gas or press the clutch. Ive had the wheel balance checked so opinion is that it's somethng on the drive shaft although the garage wasn't able to find any play. Garage thinks a new shaft could run into the thousands, a bit scary! Any experience of this? any thoughts? thanks.

Hi all, I've been looking for a nice CR-V for a while and at last one has turned up, but something I'm struggling to get in my head is a few apparently (to me) odd points, firstly there's a gap of about 2cm between the dashboard and the A pillar see pic no1, secondly the center dash clock looks like it's got screen burn, and finally the gear lever surround appears to have degraded at it's base, the car is a 2013 with only 48,000 miles, price wise it's £10,995 somehow I had higher expectations, any help appreciated, oh a HPI check comes back clear. Advice or wiring diagram for 2015 CRV no side lights (small lights) fed by fuse 34 Can anyone help with a wiring diagram please I'm getting no voltage to my sidelights, i've continuity checked and voltage checked all the fuses i can find even the ones hidden under glove box. I can see the light selector stem is switching 12v to fuse 34 when sidelights are selected but would like to know what happens from there to the actual bulbs (all in tact) Thanks in advance Ade(UK)

I have a 2013 CRV which has the 3 video connection sockets in the centre console (red, white and yellow). I take it this means I can play videos through the screen? I have connected a video cable to my phone but nothing happens. Any suggestions and if it's actually compatible?

Hi got a petrol crv 2013 ex auto Creaking noise coming from rear brakes whilst braking 5mph to 0 mph speed sounds like handbrake cable is stretching. Been in and out of the garage but they can't find anything was just wondering if anyone else has had similar problems.

Its been almost 2 months and a 4 week honda dealership check with no results. I'm the owner of a 2015 crv 1.6 diesel ex navi. For the past 2 monts out of nowhere the starter icon turns on along with parking sensor, high beam and auto beam. Simultaneously the central locking, the seats,the a/c, the left side of the steering wheel and the driver's side buttons stop working. The alarm also turns on at the same time. This may go for 1 minute or a whole day. Honda dealer cannot identify the problem. Everything seems to working in order. Anyone else had something like this?

hi i am trying to change my transmission fluid (advised by honda that it needs changing every 70k) i can find the drain plug by removing the under tray ,its a 3/4 inch square headed bolt. I cannot find the fill plug. Looked online and can`t seem to see any posts that look like my engine .Their is no dipstick .The only thing i can find is these bolts on the gearbox side behind passengers side wheel .I have taken air box off with no luck either. help thanks mark

Does anyone have a link to the specific spec for the 2015 pre-facelift UK SE-T? Specifically, I'm not finding DAB on the audio and the navigation system seems to be different from the one in the manual. The car (bought yesterday) does have an additional manual for "SD Navigation system" which matches the car, but I thought that was for cars where the navigation was an option. I thought navigation was standard on the SE-T, although I confess that the various letter combinations are a bit confusing. Can anyone please help identify which wires I need to tap into to use the factory rear camera? Just changed the factory head unit for a Xtron unit that needs sn rca camera input. Car is the 2016 EX with sat nav.

My Honda 2013 2.2l crv engine cuts out intermittently ? It will restart after cutting out and will run well until the next time days or weeks later. Has any other member had this experience and can advise on the reason it happens.

Installing an Android Auto radio to replace OEM Stock radio and use the large screen of the aftermarket android auto system with the rear / backup cam system. Was hoping someone would have the pin outs/ wire diagram of the i-Mid so I can tap into the cam video feed.

Just bought a new to me Honda CRV 2014 2.2 diesel. There’s a weird clicking noise coming from behind the glovebox when I turn on the ignition. I’m presuming it’s the heating flap actuator. Anyone have a guide to how to remove this at all? Thanks

Hello. I hope you good folks can help. I've had the Auto stop start and airbag warning lights pop up on my dash whilst driving. I have checked fuses and plugs under the seats and all look sound. Had the battery tested and replaced and just had the codes scanned. This came up with U0151 - no communication with SRS module. With further investigation the tech thinks the SRS module has stopped working. I'm no stranger to a set of tools and I'm going to replace the module myself. Does anyone know where the module is located?
