Blue2Basingstoke Posted May 22, 2019 Posted May 22, 2019 Any ideas When I start my Honda Accord 2.4 [05 plate] the following warning lights permanently stay on ; (1) ABS, (2) VSA Activation & (3) VSA System
Blue2Basingstoke Posted May 24, 2019 Author Posted May 24, 2019 Thank You, I’m going to have a look at the weekend. Then I’ll let you know 1
Blue2Basingstoke Posted June 4, 2019 Author Posted June 4, 2019 It was the N/S/R sensor which was luckily easy to replace and solved this issue and then I just needed a diagnostics machine to reset the VSA. Thanks for the advice 1
Trevor Posted June 6, 2019 Posted June 6, 2019 glad you resolve it and hopefully wasn't too expensive
Blue2Basingstoke Posted June 6, 2019 Author Posted June 6, 2019 A local garage provided the assistance of their diagnostics machine to reset the VSA (obviously for a small fee) 1
madfogs Posted February 12, 2020 Posted February 12, 2020 Hi, anyone experienced an ABS motor relay :open circuit fault , ABS and VSA light stay on and sometimes goes off , ABS /VSA light goes on after some kms running and after starting engine again, checked the ABS relay ,the motor -everything is fine , the only thing have to check is inside the motor relay of the ABS module. has any one had experienced the same issue...Thanks.
Trevor Posted February 14, 2020 Posted February 14, 2020 madfogs . Can't say I have come across this one before but I would replace the relay if in doubt. If it is an Omron relay then I have had these go on me before (air conditioning main relay).
hondaman63 Posted July 13, 2020 Posted July 13, 2020 I have the same problem vsa tsa abs light on try to delete no succes. Now i want to check relay but wich and where is the abs relay placed .

Trevor Posted August 3, 2020 Posted August 3, 2020 they are on all four wheels and the best method is to disconnect the connector (usually inside the boot area and under the bonnet) and measure the resistance from the sensor. They should all be approximately the same (give or take a few ohms). If one reading is non existent then more than likely an open circuit meaning it is defective.
hondaman63 Posted August 3, 2020 Posted August 3, 2020 Ok thanks that s answer i can do something but one thing opencircuit defective but why obd screams abspump motorrelay open circuit. And the stupid thing is it s not continously some drive no problem then sometime while driveng this morning turning on ignition key. And only i can get fault out while driving ans turn ignition key off for 15sec then while rolling start and then gone. Some tomes 3 times restart. Firts i going to check the wheel sensors. Thank u again for answer 1
