Jaytay Posted May 12, 2020 Posted May 12, 2020 Car came to a stop still running but no revs Anti skid warning came on left it a few mins restarted cleared itself drove normalany ideas
Charlie Posted May 12, 2020 Posted May 12, 2020 Did you feel any pulsing through brake pedal like the abs pump was coming on? Maybe a wheel speed sensor on the way out, I think most cars now will cut or reduce power to engine if it thinks the car is losing traction...
Trevor Posted May 13, 2020 Posted May 13, 2020 I agree with Charlie on the ABS sensors and also worth getting the ECU scanned for fault codes as this could be quite dangerous if happens on a Motorway
Stratos Posted July 20, 2020 Posted July 20, 2020 I've had this on a 2008 Accord iCTDi Tourer. For me, the issue was the fly by wire throttle. Luckily, I carry a fault finder with me and it continues to function ok after deleting the fault. It has happened to me twice in 6 months. Still to solve the issue though. 1
