☹️A mechanic told me that there is power to my cigarette lighter in my 2011 petrol Jazz, but said it is not earthed.   Is this likely, and if so is it easy for any mechanic to fix?

I would imagine that the cigarette lighter has gone faulty as it should earth through the body and if there is power going to it then it should in theory work.

It may be best to take it out to check it and if necessary replace it...think they still sell replacement ones at Halfords
