2000 Honda Accord turning over but not starting. Will start if check engine light comes on but if it doesn't come on it won't start. Really think it's electronic related. Anyone know what I need to replace?

It does sound like the system relay at fault.

This is the one which would power up the PGM-Fi system (pump, injectors, coil, etc)

Do you hear any clicking from the relay box when switching the ignition on?

Also, check the battery is providing the correct voltage when turning over
