why does my Honda at 2000 revs feel like it’s going into limp mode it will not pick up speed at 60 mph - please help

Perhaps take it to a local garage for diagnostic.

Sounds like blocked EGR, DPF, Turbo Variable Vanes, many things really.
As b4u2 has stated it needs a diagnostic test to determine what is going wrong
