NOT a new topic, but in fact the Holy Grail! How is it possible that such a mundane thing as an exhaust gas temperature sensor is not compatible across a number of vehicles? I've been robbed of my cat and it looks like I'll have to scrap this car which I've only had a for a year. Can anyone help with getting a used one or a generic one or anything?

The warranty on new car batteries when new was for 5 years or a 100,000 miles. has any one have advise on what the warranty should be surely the battery manufactures of the batteries should have a warranty of 5 years /100,000 miles. thank you for any input.

Purchased new in April 2003, just clocked 166,000 miles! I am one of a dwindling number of Stream owners I guess, used to see a few running around but very rare now. The most reliable car I have ever owned, although I guess my previous vehicles were not at all comparable! Started off learning to drive in a Ford Escort Mk3. Briefly took lessons in a Mini (original style) but soon back to the Escort. First car I owned was an Austin Allegro 1500HL. I know these have a bad reputation but the transverse OHC engine was a doddle to maintain and apart from squeaky hydro-gas suspension and a thirst for oil, it ran rather well actually. A big boot on it but a letterbox o…

I've a 2006 CRV my wife had a matching one but we no longer needed two cars so we sold hers. Before this one I had an old Mk1 CRV witch I think is still the best looking CRV. If i win the lottery I'll get another one and get it renovated. I love my CRV Cheers

My name is John Odley. I've owned a 1992 Honda Civic 1.6 ESi for the last 17 years. I will need a number of rear suspension arm bushes Nearside and Offside, and those for trailing arm bushes plus bolts etc. Does anyone have any idea where I should try to get these? Any advice would be welcome. Bear in mind that I'm not used to going online very often to source parts.....

Good afternoon everyone, Been meaning to get on here to talk all things Integra, but never got round to it. However, now retired so hoping to get involved in interesting conversations on motors. Also which has again spurred me on is that I could do with tracking down a brake sensor for my rear offside on the DC2. Anyone know any where that might sell me one please? Other than the sensor, the car is in excellent condition with only 63k on the clock and will go forever. I just want to be reassured that keeping it does not result in having problems with parts. Had to track down a re-conditioned brake caliper last year. Anyway any help would be greatly appreciated, otherwise …

I've just joined and wanted to say hello. I own a 2004 Accord saloon 2.4 Executive Auto with 85k miles which I bought as a Honda Approved Used Car in 2008. The car is now a second vehicle (since 2016) but is still much loved and in great condition. In my entire period of ownership it has needed nothing other than routine servicing, tyres and brake pads. The car is now stored in a garage at a second home on a trickle charger for much of the year and when the rear brake pads were replaced last summer, one had seized in caliper so that had to be replaced too. But that's the only niggle in 12 years of happy ownership! I continue to use Honda main dealers for all work an…

Hi all, After a 5 hour round trip to a very rusty but gorgeous 95 accord ex, I've decided to search within ferry distance. I see there is an add here (fate it seems) but if anyone has a 93-98 accord that isn't rusting like the titanic please pm me. Thanks all

Hi everyone, Nice to meet you all. I am having an ongoing dialogue with TFL about my Fourth Generation Honda Legend. As far as I can see UK registered cars are ULEZ compliant, but because mine is an import TFL is deeming it to be non-compliant and continues to ask for a Certificate of Conformity which I'm told is a European Document. I have spoken to Honda UK and they say they can't help as it was first registered outside of the UK. I was wondering if anyone else here has had a similar experience and if so what the outcome was. Any advice or help would be much appreciated. Many thanks Ellington

Hi I am a new member and have recently bought a nearly new (ex demo) Jazz Hybid. So far I am very pleased and impressed with it. I am getting up to 70 mph locally, and am also pleased with the performance and equipment level. As an ex demo it is the top of the range SE with all the 'whistles and bells'. I look forward to sharing others opinions of this model. Neil

Hi, E.NY1 ordered and should be collected early September, cracking deal ÂŁ41k 5yrs Servicing, 5yrs Breakdown cover, 0% APR. Having spent some 40yrs in the motor trade, now retired. I for one have not taken any notice whatsoever from Journalists reviews, after all that's all they are, most have no idea about motor vehicles, but good with words. I have had a Fiat 500e for the past three years and now need something a little larger, hence the E.NY1 It fits exactly what we need from a vehicle and from my experience with Honda I have no doubts it will carry on the reliability they are famed for, unlike Fiat. Never, ever listen to opinion, only to those that…
