Hi there, I am new to the site, not new to Honda and I have been a Honda Car Specialist for almost 20 years now and run a couple of online communities 🤫 but in the best interest of this community, I will keep that info to myself. So with that said I will have look around to see if I can help some members with my knowledge and experience.🤞 Thanks for reading and I hope everybody has a great 2022. 👍

Proud owner of a 2005 CR-V and I love - as does my wunnerful wife 🙂 On my 3rd day of ownership a cyclist <ptooh> going through a red light smahed my RH light and moved the bonnet half an inch - and then limped away very rapidly (!!!) away carrying his bike. Still haven't worked out how to getthe courtesy lights to come on when I open the doors, but I'm sure that it will happen with time. I still haven't found out where to get a satnav disc for a vehicle this old, but I'm sure that that's what the forums are for, so see you there. best regards, Barrie - BJthe1DJ ps. In case you ask, in the…

I am Nigel (north of 50), I live in Reading and I am the proud owner of a 3rd gen 2.0L petrol 07 CRV. I am a keen diy-er and I love to 'tinker'. I had to replace my engine a year ago, which I did myself with a little help (muscle) from a friend. It is my intention to rebuild the old engine as a spare or resale as project when the days get longer. My only problem is I can't get a service manual for the R20A2 engine installed in my car. I bought a service manual (pdf) for the correct vehicle, but that engine was not in it. I'd be thankful for a little help/advice.

We only bought the car a few months ago and weren't thinking about buying a caravan at the time but after a week away in a VW T6 campervan we decided to look into a small caravan. We went to the Campervan and Caravan exhibition at the NEC this week and decided the Swift Basecamp Plus is exactly what we want. I searched for info on the Tourer pulling a caravan and found very little bar one not -so -positive review. Is there anyone here with a Tourer who has any experience towering a caravan? I don't want to change the car - we think it's a beatiful car for long journeys (we drove to the Netherlands and back recently) even though I'm not completely won over with 6 gears w…

Hi there everyone, I have owned a honda stepwagon 2010 rk5 for nearly a year now and its an amazing car. I am currently looking for a few bits for its next mot like discs n pads, tie rods and suspension arms or all the bushes. I heard that honda use the same parts already available for other models and I am hoping someon1e knows this information because buying the parts that are sold just stating stepwagons are ridiculously overpriced. Kind regards Christian

Hi , I am the proud owner of a 2006 Honda Accord CDTI EX , I can honestly say after 3 weeks it is the finest car I have ever owned , I started in the 70s as a learner with a MK2 Cortina , then I passed my test in 1982 and bought another , since then I have Audi 80 , Cavaliers , Rover 75 and 600 , Nissan Primeras and before the Honda the worst car I have ever bought a Peugeot 607 , that was a money pit , but this car is like driving a Rolls Royce compared with nearly all my other cars , I forgot to mention I was in the motor trade for 30 years as a auto electrician till wear and tear on my neck nearly put me in a wheelchair , I still need a stick , but anyway I may be abl…

Hi, thanks for letting me join. Hopefully getting a 57 plate 2.2 CDTI S GT 3 door in Burnt Orange. Not sure when I'll be able to pick it up with all this lockdown going on. I'm new to Honda but fancied a change and after reading reviews etc the advice was try and get a 2.2 diesel as it's a good motor. Looking forward to getting her 😁👍 Andy

Hi, I own a 2011 CRV, with 41000 miles on clock, I'm having a problem that seems to be a slipping clutch, the symptoms are in low revs in 2 or 3 when starting to accelerate I hear the rpm go slightly higher than the accelerate speed, also there's a jump on the rpm counter. But the handbrake test, I,e try to pull away with handbrake on doesn't confirm the clutch slipping, any help much appreciated, Tom Hill
