Honda Motor Co. is changing its working hours at its Hamamatsu factory in central Japan for safety reasons. A bit better than Toyota closing 11 of its factories but still devastating. Typhoon is really taking its toll.

The Honda K20 engine is soon to be no more, Japan ditched it and now the rest of us have too. Mugen Civic-R 2.2 will really be worth the divorce and remortgage!

I'm having some trouble with the driver side door lock on my 2003 Civic sedan. When I lock the car using the power door lock, it is quite difficult to get the car key to unlock the driver's side door. The dealer said they could replace the lock cylinder for about $90.00. But I wonder if the problem isn't in the power door locking mechanism. Anybody had similar problems? Suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Been looking into getting a new honda, maybe! and saw the crx del sol with the cool roof, reckon they should make more of them, though tbh the back looks messed.

I have not had my Civic that long and planning to do a lot more. 17 inch white alloys Tanabe cat-back system Strut Brace 8k HID kit Kenwood MP3 CD player, quite cool with the USB slot for all me tunz :) What do you guys have?

Just curious to find out what you guys like about your Honda?

Hi all I would like to pose a question to the group. We have a CRV on 3 year lease hire which is due to expire on 8/6/11. We have been discussing a replacement with our local dealer for some time, certainly before the Japanese disaster. Not unexpectedly deliveries on the CRV we want have gone out of the window and it may even be August before we see a car. So what to do about the current one?. Our Honda dealer says we can continue to pay the monthly hire charge (we are ok on that) but he also wants us to pay for an MOT and a service for a car that we might only have for a few weeks. This doesn't seem fair to us. What do others think Chris Redwingtwo
