Since buying my Jazz in Feb I have had issues with my front windows making a clicking/rattling noise. The first was the drivers side which I took back to my local honda dealer who repaired it (which was in March).A few weeks ago I noticed the passenger side had the same problem.Having taken it back again to be fixed I was told that Honda head office has stopped repairing/fixing windows. They won't do it because their excuse is "It is the characteristics of the car".What a load of bull...t.Strangely enough when I took the car in on the first occasion there was another guy there who had booked in with the same problem!!! My views of honda have now gone down considerably if th…

The Honda K20 engine is soon to be no more, Japan ditched it and now the rest of us have too. Mugen Civic-R 2.2 will really be worth the divorce and remortgage!

Does anyone know the best way of going about getting a design or picture of the print or any idea how i could get hold of it? Thanks!

Honda in the States have recalled 750.000 Honda vehicles including CRV's for having Air Bag Faults. A number of Honda Vehicle models are involved lets hope its just the American Imported Hondas involved, no mention of UK Cars being recalled, worth checking out BAZZER RN 1

Hey all. I drive a Honda Civic 2017 edition. For some reason I'm not sure what's happened to my sensors, but on the dashboard, instead of the usual info that should be displayed, all I get is a sign that says ACC and a car sign out of lane....this has been driving me crazy. Any ideas anyone as to why and what I can do to get rid! My car has not been in any kind of bump either. Thanks, Shelley

Hi there everyone, I have owned a honda stepwagon 2010 rk5 for nearly a year now and its an amazing car. I am currently looking for a few bits for its next mot like discs n pads, tie rods and suspension arms or all the bushes. I heard that honda use the same parts already available for other models and I am hoping someon1e knows this information because buying the parts that are sold just stating stepwagons are ridiculously overpriced. Kind regards Christian

  14. Honda is to recall around 78,000 CR-V models in the UK after a possible fire risk was established. A gap between the car’s window switch prompted fear that liquid could cause a short circuit. Honda warns that it would even “catch fire” in extreme circumstances. In a statement, a Honda spokesperson said: “In 2012 Butyl tape was applied to the power window master switch (PWMS) as part of a market safety recall to prevent liquid exposure to the inside of the PWMS. “However a gap could exist between the applied Butyl tape and PWMS case, liquid could then accumulate in that gap and over time this could lead to liquid entering into the PWMS. “Onc…

  16. We are seeing quite a few posts on the subject of Honda economy (or lack of it) Obviously this depends on how the where the car is driven (e.g. extra-urban, around town, etc) and also whether it has a petrol, hybrid or diesel engine, E5 versus E10 petrol, manual or automatic gearbox. Post up your MPG and vehicle details and see if there is a trend occurring or whether it is satisfactory

  17. Nearly 50% of all cars that fail an MOT do so because of small faults that could be avoided by simple, at-home car maintenance. These problems are easy to correct, and fixing them before taking the car in for its MOT could help you pass first time and avoid garage costs. To help, Ring, the automotive specialist in bulbs, wipers, battery care and tyre care, has some advice on the simple things that can be done to avoid an MOT fail. Lights and signalling – 17.8% failure rate 4.5m cars fail because of lamps, reflectors and electrics every year. Doing a quick bulb check before you take the vehicle to the garage could avoid an MOT fail. Make sure you che…

How should a diesel car be driven? Over the years by various 'esperts' I've been told to get the best and a long life from them drive them hard all the time others have said softly softly and still other softly most of the time but give them a good hard drive sometimes to clean the pipes out. So which is right please.

We have a 2010 Honda Stepwagon RK5 with intermittent ignition issues. At key turn there’s always power, but sometimes it starts and sometimes it’s dead. The starter is fine and the local mechanic has changed the ignition switch to see if that’s the problem. He suggested it was wear on the key as depending on how the key is pressured when you turn it has an impact on whether it starts. I disagree with this because the issue is the same with both keys, and they both worked fine before this started happening. Is this likely to be an ignition barrel issue? Any other thoughts on diagnosis?

HELP. I am not a member but am seeking help to get an English manual for the infotainment system in my Honda City (Thailand). It is mostly easy to operate but there are some aspects that I just can't seem to resolve - need a manual. I have searched the net for hours and hours for 4 years and my dealer can't help. Now I have retired here I want to get full use of the system. It's an older model (image at https://www.wapcar.my/news/deal-breaker-we-love-the-honda-jazz-but-we-just-cant-live-with-the-infotainment-system-1866 ). Any pointers, especially to a soft copy, would be gratefully received. Not worried if I have to pay. Thanks and Regards, Ian Breach
