Just bought 2018 HRV 1.5 S.  There is no proper parcel shelf.  Only a lightweight flimsy fabric tonneau.   Surely shoukd have parcel shelf as standard. It's a 20k car.

Unfortunately, this is what is provided as standard.

Whether there are after-market companies providing an alternative i'm not sure

But at least the fabric tonneau is a more flexible option than a big clumsy solid parcel shelf which is a nuisance to store if you have to remove it from the vehicle.
