crv nav/radio code

Hey folks my radio seems to be locked and asking for a 5 digit code,but the code i have in my book doesnt work,there is also an 8 digit number showing in the background,any ideas please

I would pay a visit to the local Honda dealership as they should be able to provide the code to you (usually at no cost).
