Honda civic strange noise

Hi I just bought a wee civic as my car does on me. I'm hoping you can help me. When at speeds above about 30mph there is a strange noise. I actually turned the car off and let it coast and the noise was still there. I have attached a recording to see if that helps. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Can you describe it and compare it something similar?
