I have a 2014 CRv, I have replaced the third LED brake light but still not working. Does it have its own fuse?

Hi.....welcome to the Forums

 

It should share the same fuse as the normal brake lights.
Check that the wiring is okay in the rubber trunking that articulates when the tailgate is opened and closed.
Try keeping the brake pedal depressed and wiggle the wiring to see if the light flickers on/off.
If not, then pull back the gaiter and see if any wires are broken
