Change from KM to Miles

Greetings from Ireland. We have just entered entered the world of Honda with the purchase of a 2018 CRV 1.6 DTEC. It was imported from the UK to Ireland by the garage that we bought it from. 

As things are in KM over here and the car is in miles, we are wondering if there is any way to change the odometer and the gauges to KM? We see that it can be done with other Honda cars, but cannot find out how to do it with this. There is no information about how to do it in the manual. 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It may be best to take it into the local dealership to get them to change the vehicle settings via the onboard computers
