Suspected wheel bearing replaced bearing ,noise still there humming  noise with a slight vibration  through the steering  wheel gets worse the longer you drive now has progressed to the centre and slightly to the nsf . Suspected tyres but we new last year but have swapped around noise still more prominent to osf. Been to a honda specialist  but he's no idea. Anyone  help please.

I would have suggested cheap (chinese origin) tyres which can sound like a defective wheel bearing but you appear to have covered that one.
You could still have a tyre that has a fault such as a bulge or running out of round?
