Honda CR-V infotainment system android update (Android Auto)

Hi all,

 

I'm trying to update the software on the infotainment system so that it can play Android Auto. Does anyone have any ways of getting this done?

 

I am looking at going to the dealership for this but concerned they will charge me a fortune for it.

Not sure a software / firmware update will sort this issue but certainly worth confirming the dealer can do this

Possibly a Bluetooth adapter to connect with your phone to the car audio system is a cheaper move?
