The kids have finally broken one on the front-middle seat back cup-holders on my 2007 FR-V. Is anyone au fait with how to remove the whole unit so I can investigate?

If it is a part that can be removed then you may be able to find someone to 3D print a new one

This probably doesn't help that much but there were some guides on the old Honda Karma / H-Tune forums showing how to do it. Unfortunately that site is gone now but perhaps that guide is floating around on the internet somewhere.

There is a website called The Wayback Machine which allows you to look at old websites during certain time periods so you might be able to find the site and source the information even though its not around anymore
