Upgrade to weird noisy wiper motor?

Hi,

 

I've recently bought a low mileage 2017 CR-V EX AWD. It's great apart from the really loud whining wiper noise. I understand it's common on the Swindon, UK made cars and possibly the bad parts they sourced.  It really spoils the car, so I'm wondering if there's a wiper for the same car from a different market that isn't as noisy? It's not a mechanical failure noise, just a high-pitched silly whine that's really intrusive.

You could try changing the blades to non-silicon ones as these can often create the noise you mentioned.
