Hey everyone, hope you're all enjoying the festive season!  I am hoping to benefit from the wealth of knowledge on here please.  My daughter is having issues with the heated rear window not working.  I have pulled the fuse block and passes the visual inspection, I have also swapped the relays over, the Honda Dealer advised that if the relay was broken the blower would stop working once swapped over.  The blower continued to work and the heated rear window still does not.  Any ideas for what I should look for greatly appreciated.  Cheers

I would be tempted to peel back the rubber gaiter that runs from the vehicle body to the tailgate and see if there are any wires broken in there
