CR-V 2011 to 2016

Just bought a new to me Honda CRV 2014 2.2 diesel. There’s a weird clicking noise coming from behind the glovebox when I turn on the ignition. I’m presuming it’s the heating flap actuator. Anyone have a guide to how to remove this at all? Thanks

Hi folks, I have 2015 Crv and recently I can only get heat if I put it up to High. I usually have it around 20-22 but now the car is either roasting hot or cold. Any ideas would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, My wiper blades need replacing. I have been through the manual but cannot find what size I should get, and I am getting different results from online sites. Some say the rear is 13" others 11". My car is; 2014 AWD Honda CR-V I-VTEC EX, Petrol, Auto. So can any one clarify please, plus any recommended brands/suppliers. Thanks in advance. KittyB

i have a CR-V EX I-DETEC 2015 and the hft system and Bluetooth system have stopped working, anyone got any ideas? i have looked at lots of fuse diagrams and none list the hft or Bluetooth circuits i have accessed the onboard diagnostics and that came up with errors HFT NG GA-NET NG

HFT rings for incoming calls but I cannot answer. Caller gets message 'Called number not available'. I deleted the iPhone from the HFT and reconnected - still the same problem. Any ideas please?

Hi folks. I drive motorway miles everyday, Edinburgh to Glasgow. I have eco on all the time and drive at 60 miles an hour. I have a 64 plate 2ltr automatic petrol. This guzzles fuel like it's going out of fashion. Is there anything that can help with consumption.

Hi I have a Honda 2.2 diesel 2014 with 68,000 miles it needs a new clutch I am told by one Honda independent specialist that I should replace the flywheel when replacing the clutch, The dealership says it's unlikely to need replacing as they are generally fine does anyone have any experience of this?

I'm wondering if anyone can advise me. I'm about to purchase a 2014 CRV on Saturday. It's lovely, very low mileage & alcantara seats. But it doesn't come with a SatNav. I'd like to retrofit one. Can I buy a second hand unit from another 2014 CRv & put it in? Would it fit? Or would I be better off buying an infotainment system & have that installed instead? Tia

HI, I have a 2010 CRV AERO which I am extremely pleased with. To cut a long story short, my front nearside Chrome strip ( don't know what to call it) which is unique to the Aero is hanging off. given the thing that holds it on is broken. I have contacted three dealers and 5 scrapyards without success, generally they don't know of the AERO or loose interest given the probable small sale value. I'm willing to pay well over the odds to get these two or three retainers that hold the strip, anyone any ideas, suggestions? 🙏🙏BW

I have a 2013 CRV which has the 3 video connection sockets in the centre console (red, white and yellow). I take it this means I can play videos through the screen? I have connected a video cable to my phone but nothing happens. Any suggestions and if it's actually compatible?

Hi All, I would greatly appreciate your collective wisdom here,today I swopped out a car battery on my 2016 crv, during the process I had a obd battery minder in line and all seemed to go well until I attempted to start the car, the car will only start with the key fob touching the starter button and also I have lost keyless entry and locking including power tail gate, radio and computer are working fine, I can't believe it's the battery's in the remote as both were working perfectly prior to car battery swop, any thoughts please. Hi Im wondering if anyone can give advise on having a company fit a mobility scooter hoist. i live in uk in Scotland and drive a Honda CRV diesel 2014 model . i would like to know can you get a mobility hoist for a scooter ? what side of the car is the hoist fitted ? does anyone have a photo or video that I can see ? Its been almost 2 months and a 4 week honda dealership check with no results. I'm the owner of a 2015 crv 1.6 diesel ex navi. For the past 2 monts out of nowhere the starter icon turns on along with parking sensor, high beam and auto beam. Simultaneously the central locking, the seats,the a/c, the left side of the steering wheel and the driver's side buttons stop working. The alarm also turns on at the same time. This may go for 1 minute or a whole day. Honda dealer cannot identify the problem. Everything seems to working in order. Anyone else had something like this?

My Honda 2013 2.2l crv engine cuts out intermittently ? It will restart after cutting out and will run well until the next time days or weeks later. Has any other member had this experience and can advise on the reason it happens.

Could anyone please offer any help as to what I need to change with code P149B ok my 1.6 diesel 2014 CRV? Getting lots of different answers at the moment but none that seem to relate to a Honda. Had a mare at the moment changing my fuel filter as the water light came on but appears it was the sensor so need to change that also lol. But this P149B code has me stumped. Please help

Evening; my radio is playing up. Can only play a CD, volume works, on/off switch works, nothing else does. Seering wheel controls are OK so I can select a radio station. Haven't changed battery, or anything like that. Any ideas?

Hi All, New to the Forum & hoping you good people on here can solve my issue. I purchased a 2015 Crv 1.6 I dtec AWD just over 2 years ago. It hasn't covered many miles in that time so I thought it would be a good idea to give it a service. Have completed the service I then tried to access the system to update the service maintenance. I have seen a few methods of accessing the maintenance info on YouTube & the like. I've tried accessing the system by the steering wheel/ Dash dimmer light & the touch screen but unfortunately I cannot access the system by these methods. Am I missing something? Or is there …
