  1. Hi....welcome to the Forum Apart from most servicable items which can be purchased through EuroCarParts and the like, then eBay is the best alternative which also provide a lot of OE parts from dealers in the listings.
  2. Its all done through the voice commands...although you will have to be very patient with it though 🙂
  3. 😀. Welcome to the Forum Paddy
  4. great to hear that you've had no major issues, flooding aside. It would probably be a good idea to swap out the battery if its been in there for that long, always fail when its the coldest weather as well so don't want to be caught out without a replacement one to hand
  5. Hi....welcome to the forum Not entirely sure what this could be but would recommend taking it to an auto-electrician who can resolve this issue. Bit concerned that you may not be able to enter or more importantly exit the car if it fails completely Keep us updated on what you find out
  6. You will have to read the manual but I seem to recall it is a voice command to pair phone and then goes through the procedure to delete and add phones to memory
  7. My thoughts are battery condition and check all battery and earth leads are secure and in good condition
  8. Sorry to hear the news Dawn, it certainly looked in great condition. Hope that it turns up undamaged and you are reunited with it soon
  9. Hi.....welcome to the Forum I hear so many people saying how much they love their CR-V and you definitely are a fan of this wonderful Honda vehicle. I can honestly state that my CR-V is probably the best car I have ever owned and wished I had got one many years back Good to have you onboard
  10. Hi Colin....welcome to the Forum I'm quite confident you'll be overjoyed with your CR-V, they really are a superb car! Good to have you onboard and feedback to us on how you're getting on with it
  11. Try disconnecting the battery and reconnecting. Switch the ignition on and try starting....although not sure why it wouldn't start after removing and refitting the EGR unless you knocked a connection to a sensor (crank sensor?)
  12. There may be an equivalent mount with same part number used on other Honda models which may make searching easier and more fruitful
  13. May have to trawl a few scrapyards to find one as any parts for these models are getting quite rare now
  14. have you checked the crankshaft sensor output as this controls the pump output?
  15. Quite an easy mod to do Halfords stock plenty in their range and good prices too You can also get wiring adapters and fascia plates that make it easier to fit
  16. You may need to delete any other phones that exist in memory as there is only a certain amount in storage
  17. I would go with an aftermarket intercooler but also worth considering silicon hoses as stiffer and lose less boost through expansion of the walls on standard hoses
  18. Battery issue is my first thoughts.....either the charging system is faulty or the battery earth and/or power leads are loose
  19. I think I would take the manufacturer's service and warranty as it is specifically geared to the car as opposed to a global warranty which would probably be devoid of certain covered items
  20. It sounds like it could be a battery issue, especially if it hasn't been used for a while
  21. Hi Joanne.....welcome to the Forum Feel free to post up a photo of the Civic...would be great to see it
  22. Hi carcrazyjo ....welcome to the Forum
  23. Hi......welcome to the Forum It does sound like it is an obstruction which is causing it to stop at that point. Does it do it when the door is open and when it is closed as well?
  24. Only other thing I can think of is the Dual-Mass Flywheel (if not changed with the clutch) as these can rattle but only usually on start up or shut down
  25. I'm not sure of the repair procedure for replacement of the rack and dialling it in after fitment. But i have had issues with 'wandering' Honda's (CR-V) and it was the rear wheel toe that was out and allowing the vehicle to drift without have a hand on the wheel. This was easily rectified with a Four-Wheel Laser Alignment at a small cost with no replacement parts needed. On the CR-V, the rear suspension is adjustable but not sure on the mk7 Civic
