Hondawanda Posted October 13, 2021 Share Posted October 13, 2021 Hi, folks. Adding to the To Do List on my 2.2 with 147k on it. I've a terrible worksheet to get thru on this. Currently looking at removing the EGR valve. I've managed to get a small peek and it's absolutely caked. Just amatter of time before a code appears. Slight hesitation from stationary or low speed. Trevor Posted October 25, 2021 Share Posted October 25, 2021 If you can remove it and clean it then maybe consider using a blanking plate (make sure you get one with small hole in the middle) You can clean the EGR in a solution and refit it but will have to ensure the engine is running at higher revs to keep it clear Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
