clock up the spout

Hi all, just went into my local dealer in Plymouth, my clock has gone weird, tried everything on YouTube, nothing works. So went to get them to do it, they gave up, said something wrong with my system. 3 hrs later, come home and find an article in the sun about all Honda owners having this trouble. First, why have they not notified dealers about this, second is there any clue as to fixing it.?

Any suggestion's anyone?
