Does anyone know how to remove the mirror glass from wing mirror.  Tried prying it from the bottom but didnt work  unless it needs to be done with more force but didnt want to break it.  Is there any clips that need releasing

Thank you.  I did manage to remove the glass in the end quite easily as I already had the entire wing mirror off the car.  I couldn’t remove the pins that connect the wires though as they appear corroded and didn’t want to tug them too much.  How can I remove these without damagin the soldering that attaches to the glass backing?

Strange, normally there are spade terminals and they just pull off, but if they are corroded like you say than a little bit of WD40 to help removal, but you can cut the wires and put new spade terminals of and i think you can get from any motor factors.
