Hi my name is Jim, I've owned Honda motorcycles (small ones over 40 years ago) and cars, I've had three Accords and one S2000, I loved them all. I'm here because my current Accord just failed it's MOT it's a Mk 6 2001 Auto 2Litre SE, put it in and it passed everything until the brake test when the brake line burst and on inspection by the tester he found that the fuel lines were badly corroded as well as the brake pipe being badly corroded, the fuel line was leaking and sadly it appears that part or set of fuel lines is no longer available, so basically I'm in the position that my car is a write-off unless I can source the set of three fuel lines. …

Hello folks On Wednesday I pick up a '21 plater, 9,000 miles on the clock, formerly owned by Honda Management. I'm looking forward to acquisition, though I think those white snowflake wheel trims are quite THE most hideous I've ever seen. (I dub them 'Toy‐Town Twiddles'.) I'd be interested to hear from other owners as to how you fare driving over potholes as I gather the way it 'copes' with these particular obstacles is one of the car's weaker points... Is that your experience too?

Purchased new in April 2003, just clocked 166,000 miles! I am one of a dwindling number of Stream owners I guess, used to see a few running around but very rare now. The most reliable car I have ever owned, although I guess my previous vehicles were not at all comparable! Started off learning to drive in a Ford Escort Mk3. Briefly took lessons in a Mini (original style) but soon back to the Escort. First car I owned was an Austin Allegro 1500HL. I know these have a bad reputation but the transverse OHC engine was a doddle to maintain and apart from squeaky hydro-gas suspension and a thirst for oil, it ran rather well actually. Hey im new here. I own a 95honda 150i luxline.

Suspected wheel bearing replaced bearing ,noise still there humming noise with a slight vibration through the steering wheel gets worse the longer you drive now has progressed to the centre and slightly to the nsf . Suspected tyres but we new last year but have swapped around noise still more prominent to osf. Been to a honda specialist but he's no idea. Anyone help please.

Hello There, I bought a Honda pre-runner to the Civic in 1985 as a run about. She didn't last long. Next was an Accord Aerodeck which was a USA import and was a cracker. She lasted for 4 yours and was part exchanged for a Camper Van. Then in 2008 I bought a CRV VTEC Sport. I had her converted to LPG and kept her until October 2021. The Air Con had ceased to function and the quote was £700 plus she needed a lot of work (£1500) to get through the MOT so sadly she had to go. Now the sad bit, I have lung cancer and it is terminal and I was given 3 months to live in 2019 so I decided to give up driving. I hated it, I had to rely on my wife to go anywhere and w…

Good afternoon I'm about to purchase my 3rd CRV on Saturday. I live in West Sussex & have 3 furry degenerates in the shape of dogs that I enjoy walking in the countryside.

I need to replace the pads on a 2014 CR-V AWD. I understand that this car can use different braking systems. Is there any way to tell the type of pad other than dismantling? The sevo has a Bosch sticker on it. Any recommendation for non Honda pads? Regards Ray.

Hi guys new to the forum, Abit about me I've owned a 2003 ep2 civic for about 3 and a half years as my first car before that was tragically destroyed in a crash, since then I've owned a Kia proceed 1.6 diesel 2010 and it's been absolutely abysmal and unreliable in comparison. I'm now looking at buying another civic and due to having a baby on the way and with ulez compliance being required I have been looking at 2015 honda civic 1.8 sport nav. Does anyone have any experience with this model? Is it still as reliable as my old car and does the VTEC still kick in for fun like I remember
