Been trying to put this on my 2018 crv EX which I have just bought seems it doesnt want to know has anyone else been able to do it on this year model

2014 Honda CRV 1.6 diesel Pgm-fi light on, code reader says po102 and po113. So I've replaced air filter and MAF sensor. Now there are no codes but pgm-fi light is still on and won't clear.

Hi All, I have a 2014 2.2 EX CRV bought it Jan 2019, warranty service was done back in Oct 2019, 39kish... 2020 nothing really happened, its been about 1.5years since the last service, thought I better service it and get the discs and pads done after the MOT (which was fine)! BUT, I can't find any info in the books about what service it is meant to be! Evening All. Just a qq any one had issues with their High Pressure Fuel Pump on the 2.2 diesel engine, I have had two instances where the engine management light has come on in the last two weeks and had fault code P0087 which means low fuel pressure. Two years ago I was getting the same issue but the garage put new firmware on and it seemed to fix it, but i think that may have just been a coincidence as the issue is back. Sometimes it will stop the car other times it just goes in to limp mode. You can start the car no problem after the event, the fault stays for 4 more engine on and off, then disappears. Just bought myself a 2007 crv. Only fault is the stereo, only playing through the tweeters and nothing else. Think we've narrowed it down enough to establish that it's the stereo itself that's buggered. Looking for advise on replacing it with one with sat nav but a little dubious about an eBay aftermarket one, anybody got any recommendations?

Looking into an automatic CR-V for covering approx 6-8k miles in a year. Generally, Diesels are not recommended for regular short runs (DPF issues) so the petrol model seems to be a better fit. Reviews in various places seem to suggest that the 2.0 petrol engine is the one to avoid. Lack of power is quoted as an issue and economy is not great either but is it really that bad? I'm not after high performance, just a reliable and comfortable family motor. Do you own one? What do you like/dislike about it? Any pointers/advice is most welcome.

Hi I've had my 2012 crv for 6 months and am very pleased with it ,the only thing that is annoying is that when I use the screen wash and the engine is hot I get a smell in side the car where it drips on the engine is there anything I can do to stop this ?

Hello everyone. I brought my honda about 2 months ago. Yesterday I was trying check fluid level In automatic gear box. But I can't find location of the deepstick. I checked manual but in I my car there is nothing at all I'm not sure this transmission should have deepstick or coming without. Please someone tell me how it looks in similar honda.

Hi, hoping for a light bulb moment from avid CR-V fans. My DPF alarm illuminated on the dash about 3 months ago and went into limp mode. The garage conducted a force regen and sent me on my way. All was good for about 2 months until it happened again. This time my local garage couldn't clear the fault so I took it to a terra clean "specialist" who charged me a small fortune, cleared the fault, force regen again and said that all my stats were good and maybe my previous garage didn't regen it correctly. Fast forward 25 miles and it's back on. Any thoughts please? Because I can't keep taking it in for them to charge me the world and it go wrong in le…

Both my ignition keys are now difficult to put into ignition slot. A little lubricant hasn't made any difference. I think both keys might be worn out as the second less used key is now playing up some 18 months after swapping over. Be grateful for any advice on what i should do. Regards Phil

We purchased a 2 wheel drive 2014 CRV in 2017 with 33,000 miles from a Honda dealer. On way home we noticed it shuddered at 60 mph. Took it back and eventually they changed both driveshafts. Fast forward another 36,000 miles and it’s started again. Honda have said it needs new Driveshafts again at a cost of £2,000. Cars now 8 years old and completed 70,000 miles, but to need 2 sets of driveshafts seems crazy. Has anyone else heard of this issue?

This may sound way off but could the wear on my key interfere with working my glow plugs ....I know this sounds strange but is it worth getting a new Kew cut

Hi Guys I have not long had my 2008 mK111 Honda CRV 1997cc Executive, its had a recent MOT passed with no probs , I am experiencing a wandering on the Steering thats all I can describe it as, Ive had two new Front Tyres fitted and the Wheel Balancing and all four wheels Alignment Tracking Done but still have this percular steering problem where the Steering wheel has to be constantly moved to keep the vehicle in a straight line. I have never had this sort of problem with other vehicles. Can one of you nice Members Please advise or suggest what the problem might be and I would be very grateful for any advice. Abs light came on and another i light had a friend put his diagnostic on it came up with 54-1 Fail-Safe relay failure

Good evening folks. This is ignorant of me, I know, but while flicking through the manual last night I discovered that I should be able to get traffic alerts, weather reports and traffic info displayed on the map. So I have spent all day today turning all the alerts on and I went for numerous drives but I get the same message; "No Information Received". Is it something silly that i'm doing wrong? I've attached a picture. I have a 2015 Cr-v 1.6 diesel. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I wondered if anyone has any advice about my problem. I have a 2011 CRV I dtec 2.2 diesel with 102000 on the clock. It had a full honda history up to 2 years ago but since then I have serviced the car myself using genuine Honda parts. The car wears the front tyres out in 10000 miles and also squeals badly when I go round a roundabout at any kind of speed. I am worried there maybe a differential problem front or rear. I wondered if the common rear differential issue would cause this?

I find it quite dfficult to check the level in the coolant reservoir of my 2005 CRV. The reservoir is buff coloured and I'm never sure i'm seeing the level the best I have found is hold a short stick on the outside - bottom to the top mark, then hold the stick in the reservoir and see how far up the coolant comes - must be a better way??? please anyone

Hi when I go into reverse my reverse camera screen has no picture. Just lines down screen. My screen is fine for stereo and sat nav. I have a CRV 2007. has this happened to anyone else so I can get an idea to fix please? Many thanks Paul

Had a code come up saying open circuit on passenger side seatbelt buckle. Replaced the seatbelt buckle and the same code comes up even though I tried clearing the code. Anyone had this problem before and know what the problem is. Any help appreciated

behind my lower front crankshaft pulley i have a plate with three fasteners and what looks to be two dowel pins this part seems to have swollen as after fitting a new pulley it is fouling it can anyone please tell me what this part does and if its replaceable or if i can just remove it and throw it away

He said it has a gas leak and £75 to repair plus parts (if gasket needed). As the Honda Jazz Exec is 2018 he said poss Honda would underwrite the repair as not far out from guarantee. A/C is still working. Advice on what to do welcome. Wait for it to fail or get it done? Thanks.

Hi All, New to the forum here, but am looking for a little help, just wondering who can tell me what's missing from the passenger side (behind the front bumper) My CRV (2015 MkIV I-Dtec 1.6 SE-T) took a bit of a knock to the O/S and the pics below are a result of the damage, can anyone let me know what's missing as parts weren't with the car when I collected from towing company. Has anyone replaced/cleaned the EGR valve on the 2.2 DTEC engine? It looks like an absolute **** of a job. Can it be done from the top or does the exhaust need to come off? Its a rusty mess that will end up with sheared bolts if I even look at them the wrong way!

Hello good people of Honda Owners Club, I have just got myself a CR-V which, although registered in 2012, is of the model that ran from 2007-2011. It has slight front end damage, which has wiped out the headlamp washers. When I've taken the bumper off, I can see a short pipe projecting forward from what looks to me like a motor, that sits at the bottom outboard side of the washer fluid bottle. I expected that, when I operated the windscreen washers then water would come spurting out of this pipe, as if trying to feed the headlamp washers. However, no, in fact the water in the pipe retreated as I squirted the windscreen. I can't for the life of me work out wher…
