Hi there Just popped in as I have a technical question. But before I post that (will need to find the right section). Had a look around and am impressed with the friendly helpful nature of members here. No surprise really as you are all Honda owners so know how to make correct decisions. 😄 Anyway I have a CR-V EX I-CTDI 2009 for about 6 or 7 years now. Love it. Other than having to fill it up every now and again not many problems. No I lie the aircon compressor went down - cost a bomb to fix. Otherwise just niggles here and there. Live in West Sussex - previously in North London up to a few weeks ago. May get another H…

I'm a proud owner of a 2005 2.4 Honda accord. Really love this car, looking to do some performance modifications (not just bolt-ons) Have experience working with cars but mostly with fabrication, body repair, and paint. Not clueless about the mechanical side but I'm certainly no expert! Really looking forward to digging into this forum, getting useful info, and having some Honda buddies to chat to. Cheers guys!

I am a senior citizen, 86 years of age, I started My love affair with automobiles while in My teens, Worked in a Speed Shop, learned everything about "building hi performance engines", built Flat head Fords and Chevrolet engines. Hello I have a 2008 honda civic automatic Hybrid, I Had a quote from honda for a new battery pack ( £2367) inclusive of fitting and vat. the warranty they give is for a 12 month as it is classed as a spare part. The warranty on new car batteries when new was for 5 years or a 100,000 miles. has any one have advise on what the warranty should be surely the battery manufactures of the batteries should have a warranty of 5 years /100,000 miles. thank you for any input.

Hi all I'm Taz from the Doncaster area in the UK. I've owned various Honda cars and motorbikes over the years starting with my first motorbike in the 70's. My first Honda car was a 1976 Civic - that was when they were renowned for being rust buckets. I had it for quite a few years, and sold it to a work mate with 90,000 miles on the clock. He kept it several years, but eventually scrapped it due to the rust. He drove it into the scrap yard as the engine was still going strong. I've also had the Triumph Acclaim, which was a combined effort between Triumph and Honda - the Honda engine really made that car sing. That was followed by a Honda Civic S - wow - very nice car…

Hi everyone New member here I have a Honda Accord estate 2.2 IDTEC Type S 60 plate and from couple of weeks ago my car is shaking really bad but only in 4th and 5th gear, I can feel a slight vibration in the 3rd gear as well but not all the time, I've been told that it might be the crankshaft pulley. Anyone else had the same problem? Thank you

I had an Accord VII facelift 2006 2.0 icdti several years ago and it was superb car. Now I have CR-V IV 2018 1.6D which I bought a year ago as repaired accident car. Unfortunately it was the most worse repair which I saw in my life. I have started big project rebuild the car to be good one and safe when is driving. I have still some electric issues to resolve because of the car has been upgraded for some features during rebuild process and I hope somebody will be able to help with this.

Got my first Honda, a 2004 CRV EX 2.0 VTEC a few weeks ago, as a daily runaround for winter while I sort out my Alfa Romeo 147. Heard some good things about them, did a fair bit of research and found mine - test drove and bought it immediately. I'm really chuffed with the build quality and how well thought-out it is. I've replaced the old non-working satnav unit with a double DIN Android unit, and given it a service (spark plugs, air filter, oil filter, engine oil, gearbox and rear diff fluids, coolant change to type 2) and also replaced the Vtec solenoid valve gasket/filter as it was gunked up and giving error code P2159 every time I floored it. Also replace…

Hi all New around here but not to the Honda world. Been driving a BMW 340i F30. Had a Accord CL9 before that as a daily. My first joy in a Honda was my Civic. EJ6 with a K20. Full K Tune swap. 5 stud hub conversions. DC5 blue Recaros just to name a few choice additions. Now driving a Accord Tourer Type S CM2. This time round it will be more a view subtle things to enjoy compared to this project. So far added some Team Heko wind deflectors and a new stereo So yeh that’s my life story. You’ll see me around
