  4. Started by Sue,

Hi I have a Honda Civic 1907 brilliant car 👍 but there’s a problem with the electrics at the moment and I don’t know which route to go to get it fixed. It was suggested to me to try this forum as a start. Basically on the dashboard the clock is only partly lit up, a lot of the time the windscreen wipers at times have a mind of their own and so does my key fob-which will work one day but not the next! Has anybody else had this problem? thankyou In anticipation ☺️

The Honda K20 engine is soon to be no more, Japan ditched it and now the rest of us have too. Mugen Civic-R 2.2 will really be worth the divorce and remortgage!

Hi All, Had an expensive week , on Monday booked in for MOT It passed no problem £ 50.00, on Wednesday noticed the ABS & VAS Lights on the dash were on all the time took it to the Garage they did a check and found out the Rear Wheel Sensor needed replacing ,this was done for £ 94.00, then the ABS Lights came on again and a shuddering when braking, this was found to be caused by a worn Rear Wheel Bearing, so back to the Garage again had this replaced and fixed £ 160.00 , so a weeks bill of £ 304.00 + vat . a lot of dosh but at least it done, the steering is 100% better and no Christmas lights on the Dash, apparently all of these faults according to the Dealer are…

HELP. I am not a member but am seeking help to get an English manual for the infotainment system in my Honda City (Thailand). It is mostly easy to operate but there are some aspects that I just can't seem to resolve - need a manual. I have searched the net for hours and hours for 4 years and my dealer can't help. Now I have retired here I want to get full use of the system. It's an older model (image at https://www.wapcar.my/news/deal-breaker-we-love-the-honda-jazz-but-we-just-cant-live-with-the-infotainment-system-1866 ). Any pointers, especially to a soft copy, would be gratefully received. Not worried if I have to pay. Thanks and Regards, Ian Breach

Hi. I a new member. Just changed my wife's great but ageing 2.0 Civic Sport for a 2006 Jazz which has the N/S door mirror hanging off. The stumpy bit is still attached to the door by 3 10mm nuts but the mirror housing itself has some broken fragments of plastic round the bottom, held in with 3 small screws, and the whole lot appears to have been held together with a large amount of black caulk. I can't see any pictures on line of what it should look like to start a repair so wonder if anyone can help please. Otherwise I'll have to dismantle the O/S mirror to see what is inside it and I 'd prefer not to have to do that in case it is fragile and goes the same way as the ot…

Does anyone know the best way of going about getting a design or picture of the print or any idea how i could get hold of it? Thanks!

  23. Hi all, just wondering if anyone can give me some help and advice here as I've tried a few garages so far and gotten nowhere. My engine has some strange/erratic behaviour on light loads - Sometimes it will stutter/Kangaroo before coming to life, other times it will have almost no response to the throttle initially then when you press it a little harder it revs frantically like its running away. This only seems to happen within the first half inch of pedal travel, so what you use when pulling away gently in city driving and slow cruises. At heavier loads i.e. accelerating with more vigour or faster cruises say 50mph+ these faults do not occur. It is only in stop/…

Hi All Just a little Tip for the non informed like myself, If you have to replace your Brake Light Switch at any time and your Car has Cruise Control, make sure that the Replacement Switch has Four Contacts , otherwise if you get the Two Contact version then the Cruise Control will not operate correctly, Just a Tip Bazzer RN 1
