Hi all, new member here. Have any of you had an MOT failure for rear nearside passenger seat having too much play in the upright position? Have owned the car for 6 years and not used the fold down function at all, same MOT station too.

Hi everyone, my CRV 2004 Automatic is showing error codes P0135 (O2 Sensor heater circuit Bank 1 sensor 1) and P0131 (O2 sensor circuit low voltage Bank 1 sensor 1). I'm currently browsing three websites—GSFcarparts, EuroCarParts, and Autodoc—to find the correct parts. However, there are numerous variations, making it challenging to decide. For example, on the GSF website, the DENSO LAMBDA SENSOR - 315MM is priced at £150.40, while the same product on the Autodoc website is £40. I'm unsure which one to choose. Can anyone offer advice on which option I should go for? car reg: RJ54OAH

Had a flashing Green D (Drive) light on the CRV this afternoon, it lasted for about 2 minutes. A minute from home we noticed the flashing D light. Parked in the drive and turned off the ignition. Checked the manual, It said 'Possible transmission problem'. May sometimes be accompanied with a warning sign as well if there is a problem. There was no warning sign that I was aware of, but I went back out to check. When I started the engine everything was as normal. No flashing D light and no warning light. I have not seen the flashing light since.. has anyone else had this?

Hello I have just purchased a new Kenwood DAB radio which comes with a windscreen mounted aerial. I have a 2005 CR-V with the side curtain airbags installed in the front a-pillar. I need to remove the pillar cover to install the aerial. I have looked online and cant seem to find much info on how, and if its safe, to remove it. In the Haynes manual it says any panels with a clip with airbag printed on it should only be removed by an Honda mechanic! I have attached a couple of pictures of the said panel. Any help would be much appreciated. Regards

Gear linkage advice please, when I had Transit vans I found that if I kept the linkage lubricated that it kept changing gear very smooth, told about doing it by a RAC guy who came out when I couldn’t get any gear because it was too dry. My CRV is the best car I have ever had, the finish and all the extras and the doors shut better then a Golf!! My only little niggle is the gear change can be a little stiff, can someone tell me where I can find the gear linkage so I can spray it with Duck Oil please. Alan

Hello everyone. Can anyone advise me on the subject of CR-V headlamp glass. Mine are a slightly cloudy finish which doesn't wipe away. Can anyone tell me if it's a permanent effect that is impossible to remove or polish out, or can the effect be removed somehow. I see that replacements are expensive even from breakers yards. Thanks for your attention. Ray

Hi all, I've joined to ask a question of a knowledgeable group: My headlights have stopped working on my normally excellent 2002 CRV. Side lights, inidcators and main beam all work. I've swopped the steering stalk mounted switch, check the fuses (which are independant L & R) and of course looked at the bulbs. Now at a loss, can anyone offer some thoughts please? Thanks

My daughter and I each have a Honda CR-V mine is a 2006 reg 2007 and my daughters is 2010 model,we have noticed on both cars that the drivers side front tyre keeps on losing air, and we obviously keep pumping to get back the required tyre pressure. After a few days the tyre pressure goes down. This happens continuously over a number of days. Both cars have been back to tyre companies who clean the wheel and that’s it, unfortunately the tyre companies have been unable to correct. The situation in either of our cars, help can anyone suggest a remedy, the tyre conditions are nearly new on both cars, and it is only the front drivers side tyre that is affected

I recently aquired a mint condition Honda CR-V 2006 SE AWD. I've changed all the fluids and the only remaining issue is a slight whirring sound from what I think is the auto transmission. It shifts and runs perfectly at 150k miles. Any ideas what it might be? It is there at all times and goes up and down as engine RPMS go up and down.
