CR-V 2007 to 2011

Hi all, just went into my local dealer in Plymouth, my clock has gone weird, tried everything on YouTube, nothing works. So went to get them to do it, they gave up, said something wrong with my system. 3 hrs later, come home and find an article in the sun about all Honda owners having this trouble. First, why have they not notified dealers about this, second is there any clue as to fixing it.? Any suggestion's anyone?

Hi all, I just bought a CR-V SE Navi 4WD 2.0 i-VTEC. Recently, in the snow, it was pretty rubbish to be honest, I was a bit disappointed as i bought the car thinking the 4 wheel drive would be perfect. Has anyone else had problems at all? Just purchased car today, no problems with test drive. Clutch pedal sticking when changing gears. Not always, just once in a while. Have to use toe to lift clutch before changing gear.

Hi I purchased a 2009 crv 2.2 cdti. 118000 miles on the clock with service history. Clutch was replaced 2 years ago. I have a problem when i change gear from 1st to 2nd and 3rd to 2nd, the car shudders, then goes, every other gear is fine and clutch doesnt seem to slip. The rear diff has been flushed out and refilled as it needed it. Any ideas greatly appreciated. Thanks Richie

I have spotify on my iphone and it works fine. in my car, after bluetooth recognizes my phone, I no longer hear music, not on my phone and not on my car audio. I think it has something to do with A2DP vs HFP. HELP!!!

Hello, I am new to these forums and looking for some help. My son's CRV has showing a dashboard warning light (not sure what). He had a small independent mechanic take a look and the feedback was The car has a fault with intake air temperature sensor requires modified sensor and a ecu software update, but it needs to go to a Honda garage I fear that a Honda garage will be an expensive bill for him (young family with three kids). Can this be done by an independent specialist? All answers very gratefully received. PS He lives near Perth in Scotland in case someone can recommend and independent

Hi all, Ive got a 2012 CRV It’s not been driven for a few months and when I took it out today I noticed a thudding noise when pressing the brakes. Like a du du du sound.. it ‘ seemed’ to be coming from rear passenger wheel area Any clues as to what could be causing this? Is it an expensive garage fix. I’m not capable of doing it myself... I find the stock headlight (halogen) on my 2029 Civic quite dim, and I'm looking at replacing the bulbs with LED type. Does anyone have any experience/ recommendations etc. as to which make or type? - or any to avoid? I imagine nowadays the new bulbs are plug 'n play? Any before/after pictures - and if its worth it?!

my Honda CRV 2007 2.2 ictdi ex according to the manual is supposed to have a previous destination delete function, IE (Choose a destination to delete option) i cant for the life of me seem to locate it anywhere, anyone else come across this issue? any help welcome regards Baz

Hello there, my 2007 crv had a dramatic decrease in power whilst driving home. since recovering it to my mechanic the engine will start and the cut out after 1-2 seconds. we have replaced filter, and replaced the fuel pressure regulator and still no good. anyone here have any idea what the problem may be? thanks I’m advanced Ryan.

Hi all, I have a 2019 CR-V 1.5 Turbo Manual AWD. This is my third CR-V and is the best yet. The others were EX automatics and this one now has the power and driveability that the others should have had. My issue is, does any one else notice an engine overrun when changing up gears. I find this very odd and to overcome this and get a smooth gear change I find that coming off gas for a second or two and then change gear does the trick. The delay allows the revs to drop a bit and then the gear change is much smoother. Has anyone else have this or is it just me. Regards.

I’m now looking at buying a 1.6 diesel crv. I was surprised that some ads stated £30 road tax, but when I checked another it was £125 tax. Is it the case that the 4WD CRVs have higher emissions and therefore higher road tax than the 2WD ones ? Is there much difference in the way they drive on the road ?

Hi, I bought a used 2019 CR-V Hybrid about 3 months ago. The 12 V battery has gone dead and needs replacing. All the online auotomatic battery selector sites (RAC, Halfords, Euro car parts etc) select 175mm wide stop-start battery for it that doesn't fit (I know I bought one!). the existing battery is 125mm wide. I cannot find a stop-start battery in this width anywhere. So what I am wondering is whether I actually need a stop start battery - is this battery getting used each time the engine starts, or does it sue the hybrid battery to start it? Anyone successfully repalced a battery in one of these? Thanks …
