I have a 2018 Jazz Exec. I know one has to have the engine running. Can I also drive whilst the update is loading? Any other helpful advice appreciated. Thanks.

I purchased a spacesaver wheel for the wifes 2012 Jazz which had 15" wheels. We have just changed the wifes Jazz for a 2018 model which has 16" wheels. The salesman at the Honda garage insisted I didn't have to buy a new spare wheel as the one purchased for the earlier vehicle would fit the new one. Can this be right as the wheel sizes are different?

Hi all, I purchased a Honda Jazz (2015 - 65 plate) last year in June. It is a 1.3 SE which has basic start/stop plus lane warning and a few other bits. We have seen the start/stop activate on a few occasions but for the last 3 months or so we have noticed when you pop in neutral and release the clutch, the start/stop symbol appears on the dash with a battery symbol next to it. We generally make short trips since lockdown and was wondering if that was the problem. We have in recent weeks done a few 10-15 mile trips and still no start/stop. After I had to disconnect the battery on my 2014 Jazz, there is no power to the radio, although the CD ejects. I can't enter the security code which is the problem. Any ideas please.

I have just bought a Honda Jazz 2014 and can't find a way to connect my iPhone to play music and podcasts. Normally, I would use the Aux port but, either this is blocked or it is just a dummay port. Any thoughts?

Just placed my Newbie comment in the wrong group- mine's a 2013 so have to revamp my comment. Handbook is 20mm thick and covers all the models in the range but looking at the section on the 'Information Display' is a bit of a headache and setting it up appears tricky. Anybody else having trouble following the manipulation procedures?

Hi, New to the forum. I purchased a mk 3 EX navi after having engine issues with a mk 1 es. The mk1 would feel like it wanted to stall until the engine warmed up. It was an auto. It would pull do it several times until warmed up. Like the mk3 but find the ride harsh and to much cabin noise, compared to my previous Kia Ceed. Can the suspension be softened or would l be better to buy a mk 4 which has a far more compliment ride.

This is not a usual occurrance but applicable more to cold weather motoring. At present all is well, but as I am making few long trips out I am a trifle jittery about there being tne morning when the car just clonks and no start (presume warning lights all absent). Hona owners manual states remove battery to charge. But in the situations in the past have always connected charging leads to the battery in situ taking care to connect in the correct sequence. Any reason why I can't continue this way? I' m elderly and its a bit of a struggle to lift it out.

My mother has a Jazz and the TPWS warning has come on, as often happens when the temperature drops. The tyres are fine, but I need to reset the warning I have searched youtube videos and there are lot of them, but all for later models. My mum's is from 2015, but I think a newer model may have come out later that year, so this would be the previous model and the menus and controls are not the same. I have attached some pics to show the layout of the wheel and the dash. It seems the menu is accessed by holding the (i) button, but I can't seem to find where in the menu does the reset Any help gratefully received

I purchased a 2018 Jazz SE a couple of weeks ago and am working througth the comprehensive manual. One problem I have encountered is with the cruise control . Try as I might I cannot get it to work despite the indicator on the multi-information display showing the cruise control logo. the cruise limiter is fine but the cruise control appears not to work. Hi, I recently bought a Honda Jazz 2013 model which has run for 105k miles. While driving I hear a metal rattling sound in 3rd, 4th, 5th gears, only at certain rpm like 2000 where it feels like there is some load on the engine. I have no idea where the sound is coming from as it's not there while the car is not running even if I rev the engine. The mechanic also couldn't spot the reason. I put my phone inside the bonnet and then drove the car to capture the sound. Attached is the sound capture from inside the bonnet. In 4th gear I rev the engine in intervals to capture the sound. Can anyone please help me spot where the sound comes from?

Hello All, I've just bought a used Jazz with 9.5k miles on the clock and one owner, essentially a new car. But I find it's a bit breathless and has to be revved really hard, so it always seems to be straining. Is this a feature of the 1.3S ...or the Jazz generally ??? Any advice welcome Thanks George

😃I tried repeatably to lock my car with an door still open.having realised I closed the door the car then went dead. The brake pedal went hard ,start button just flashed (car is 1966 automatic) car would not lock.No response from door button or key fob.After 40 mins car came to life again and had no trouble since.Had l confused the computer? Did the ECU reset its self.
