Hi I just bought a wee civic as my car does on me. I'm hoping you can help me. When at speeds above about 30mph there is a strange noise. I actually turned the car off and let it coast and the noise was still there. I have attached a recording to see if that helps. Any help would be greatly appreciated civic noise.m4a

Hi Everybody Just bought a 2nd hand 15 reg C RV 2.2 diesel, and LOVING it! I have just one issue I can't seem to resolve (get my head around) and that's the satnav system and its many variations. I'm not convinced that I have the updated software and database installed, despite what the dealer tells me. I have attached a picture of the type I have, which I understand is an HDD type of Honda pedigree, not Garmin. Device ID is ENB28017078B, Current software version is 1.20.0300, Current Database is Europe version IT203.02.00 Can anyone advise me if these are the up-to-date versions of my system please.

Hi guys new to the forum, Abit about me I've owned a 2003 ep2 civic for about 3 and a half years as my first car before that was tragically destroyed in a crash, since then I've owned a Kia proceed 1.6 diesel 2010 and it's been absolutely abysmal and unreliable in comparison. I'm now looking at buying another civic and due to having a baby on the way and with ulez compliance being required I have been looking at 2015 honda civic 1.8 sport nav. Does anyone have any experience with this model? Is it still as reliable as my old car and does the VTEC still kick in for fun like I remember

My parents have been long time honda car owners and I just joined the Honda family with my first car- a 1993 Honda Del Sol in incredible condition! I'm hoping to fix up a couple of things with the car but I'd like to keep it mostly stock.

Hi folks, billpmadscot, soon to be residing in Scotland after 22+ years in Southwest Ireland. Used to ride Honda motorbikes but 68 and arthritic I prefer my comfort with a Japanese imported Honda hybrid Fit Shuttle. Easy rider, plenty of torque when I need it. Automatic, lots of bells and whistles but no manual to explain them. Looking forward to returning home. A Glasgow boy but chose a house on the outskirts of Kilmarnock, around 20 miles to Glasgow by motorway. Drop in and say hi, I'm happy to talk on any subject car related or otherwise.

Good Afternoon, I have just purchased a used CR-V EX Diesel on a 07 Plate with a recorded 76,000 Miles. I am very pleased with the car as the interior and bodywork are immaculate. Hi and a very god day to you all. I have a 2011 Diesel Auto that is a joy to drive, very smooth change and fast through the box. I have been experiencing an issue this last couple of months with the engine cutting out and the management light on after about 8 miles. Stop the car restart and all is fine other than the engine management that stays on for a couple of days then goes off. I have had it in the garage and it is a fuel starvation fault, but strange that is not all the time but seems to be after 8 miles. Any ideas Guru's. Cheers Andy

Hello all. I have a barn find. Not really a find as I put it there! SORN since 2014 but I thought I would like to get her roadworthy again. I usually started up every six month or so but have been neglectful lately and it's been a couple of years. Unusual model: Integra XSi, 1990 that I have had since new (import). I had a feeling there was a charging issue but couldn't recall so I put a new battery in (random purchase from Halfords) and she started first time. Checked the battery and had 12.5v. And was charging at 14.5v. So all good. Drove around the field but then I noticed the charge light had come on. And stays on. Any ideas anyone? …

My 2003 Honda Accord with 62,000 miles on it has a noise as I back -up. Thje pads seems to be about 1/2 used. Any suggestions?

Hi there everyone, I have owned a honda stepwagon 2010 rk5 for nearly a year now and its an amazing car. I am currently looking for a few bits for its next mot like discs n pads, tie rods and suspension arms or all the bushes. I heard that honda use the same parts already available for other models and I am hoping someon1e knows this information because buying the parts that are sold just stating stepwagons are ridiculously overpriced. Hey, I've recently acquired a 1997 Honda Accord Coupe CD7 2.2i ES Auto. What can people tell me about this car / its specific engine & trim? Am I correct in believing its one of the last in the country? Looking forward to learning about it and meeting other CD7 owners! Sam

CRV 2011 Parking sensors. Has anybody has issues with these? The light comes on the button, the rear sensor comes on but and bleeps but does not increase as I go nearer to objects. The front ones do not respond at all!! Thanks Mike

Hi my name is Marc (new member) and I own a metalic bronze 1978 Hoda Civic 1.2 5 door. The car is in excellent condition and runs well apart from a recent problem of the carburetor leaking badly after priming and restarting car after 18 months lay up. I have contacted the local Portsmouth Honda dealer who was very helpful and passed my request for a carb refirb kit to Honda UK. Unfortunately they are unable to help due to the age of the car, and I was wondering if any member can point me in the right direction. The carb in question is a GT3 DCG - 306 - 45A. As the car runs well I will only require a gasket and O ring kit if possible. Any help wou…

Proud owner of a 2005 CR-V and I love - as does my wunnerful wife 🙂 On my 3rd day of ownership a cyclist <ptooh> going through a red light smahed my RH light and moved the bonnet half an inch - and then limped away very rapidly (!!!) away carrying his bike. Still haven't worked out how to getthe courtesy lights to come on when I open the doors, but I'm sure that it will happen with time.
