Hello all!.Just signed up here. I may not be a typical member...🙃 OK. I'm 72 and got my Honda in 2012 from my brother, who is younger than me. Most people are... He had it from new in 2004. It's a 5 door 2.0L Type S..which I believe is a fairly uncommon beast. Still only on 72000 miles after 17 years. All original and I have no interest in modifying or customising it. Just hoping it lasts well enough to save me buying another car before I start dribbling or forget my name etc. 🤣. Hi I am a new member and have recently bought a nearly new (ex demo) Jazz Hybid. So far I am very pleased and impressed with it. I am getting up to 70 mph locally, and am also pleased with the performance and equipment level. As an ex demo it is the top of the range SE with all the 'whistles and bells'. I look forward to sharing others opinions of this model. Neil

Hi I am new to the site although I have been running Hondas for several years starting with grey imports, a 1.5 CRX on carbs, followed by a DC2 SIR Integra then a DC5 Type R Integra. as my user name implies "Old" perhaps if I had the DC5 a few years earlier it would have been great, but as a daily driver it and the roads around here (Staffs Moorlands) the DC5 was bril 10% of the time but a pian the rest. Went sensible with a 56 plate Accord Estate (being a cyclist hatch's and estates are best). However a bit of mid life crisis went after another CRX but a UK one, saw loads as use to have Fridays off and this was the best but TBH not really. sill covers of…

Hi, I brought a Honda Civic Type S lovely to drive. However, does anybody know what products is best to improve visibility of rear spoiler window that is made of Lexan polycarbonate and has UV damage. I wonder if anyone knows if it’s possible to replace rear spoiler window with a glass alternative and if this can be done? I have been quoted 1k to replace and looking for a quick fix in the meantime time cheers. SJ

My 15 plate jazz has a rip on the drivers seat at the side from getting in and out of the car just wondered what these replacement seat covers are like thanks

Hi guys new to the forum, Abit about me I've owned a 2003 ep2 civic for about 3 and a half years as my first car before that was tragically destroyed in a crash, since then I've owned a Kia proceed 1.6 diesel 2010 and it's been absolutely abysmal and unreliable in comparison. I'm now looking at buying another civic and due to having a baby on the way and with ulez compliance being required I have been looking at 2015 honda civic 1.8 sport nav. Does anyone have any experience with this model? Is it still as reliable as my old car and does the VTEC still kick in for fun like I remember

CRV 2011 Parking sensors. Has anybody has issues with these? The light comes on the button, the rear sensor comes on but and bleeps but does not increase as I go nearer to objects. The front ones do not respond at all!! Thanks Mike

Hi my name is Marc (new member) and I own a metalic bronze 1978 Hoda Civic 1.2 5 door. The car is in excellent condition and runs well apart from a recent problem of the carburetor leaking badly after priming and restarting car after 18 months lay up. I have contacted the local Portsmouth Honda dealer who was very helpful and passed my request for a carb refirb kit to Honda UK. Unfortunately they are unable to help due to the age of the car, and I was wondering if any member can point me in the right direction. The carb in question is a GT3 DCG - 306 - 45A. As the car runs well I will only require a gasket and O ring kit if possible. Any help wou…

I’m looking to upgrade my engine’s power supply either by remapping or other means. I have a Honda BRV petrol 88kw and the engine is very lazy at low revs: 2-3500 rpm as the revs increase beyond this the performance is adequate.

Hi just wondering if any one could help me. I have just purchased a 2003 Honda civic 1.6. I didn't no what model it is as I want to use it on the track with out doing the typical k20 swap. Had a look around and am impressed with the friendly helpful nature of members here. No surprise really as you are all Honda owners so know how to make correct decisions. 😄 Anyway I have a CR-V EX I-CTDI 2009 for about 6 or 7 years now. Love it. Other than having to fill it up every now and again not many problems. No I lie the aircon compressor went down - cost a bomb to fix. Otherwise just niggles here and there.
