Hi all, just purchased my second CRV, only had the last one for around 11 months, well impressed thought i would like a hybrid to try. Tried a 21 plate ex, loved it, and thought you know what this is for me, so yep bought it. Just one point, the car has folding door mirrors which i work manually from the door switch. Is there a way to automatically fold them when i lock the car with the remote? Anyway she's a brilliant car, called yeah yeah you guessed, Hondo. Hey folks my radio seems to be locked and asking for a 5 digit code,but the code i have in my book doesnt work,there is also an 8 digit number showing in the background,any ideas please

Hi all , I'm Dave( surprsingly) and I've just purchased a 2008 low mileage , one owner CRV 2.2 Cdti EX. Its my first Honda although my wife has had a Honda Jazz from brand new back in 2010 which has been bulletproof except for when I broke the front driveshaft , so I decided to join Honda ownership. Gonna need some new tyres for the CRV soon ☹️, it seems to eat the front ones. I have Dunlops on all round, anyone suggest a cheaper alternative that is just as good.

Hi all, I've had my 2015 CR-V idtec (2.2) since April, and as the weather has got colder the dash makes some very strange sounds that last for about 45 seconds, this is without starting, just opening the door and sitting down. Does anyone know what it is? It's some sort of electrical sound and seems louder the colder it is! Thanks. Phil.

Hi all newbie to this forum. I just wanted to see if anyone has a solution to disabling the alarm on a CRV 2016? I read the booklet and seems a bit conflicting as my car isn’t a keyless model. If anyone can shed any light on this I would appreciate it 👍🏼

Hi, hoping for a light bulb moment from avid CR-V fans. My DPF alarm illuminated on the dash about 3 months ago and went into limp mode. The garage conducted a force regen and sent me on my way. All was good for about 2 months until it happened again. This time my local garage couldn't clear the fault so I took it to a terra clean "specialist" who charged me a small fortune, cleared the fault, force regen again and said that all my stats were good and maybe my previous garage didn't regen it correctly. Fast forward 25 miles and it's back on. Any thoughts please? Because I can't keep taking it in for them to charge me the world and it go wrong in le…

good afternoon to all my fellow Honda drivers i am in need of some advice 5 months ago the exhaust gas sensor illuminated on my 2014 crv diesel as this sensor is a honda only part the cost was some 250 quid i took the car to my local garage to have the code reader used and they confirmed it i had to shop around for the part as most branches did not have the part in stock i managed to get the part overnight from Honda morecambe and it was dueley fitted code wiped no further problems until 18th of june when the code was illuminated again i went to my local garage who used the coder and once more the code was saying faulty egs i contacted Honda mo…

I’m looking to upgrade my engine’s power supply either by remapping or other means. I have a Honda BRV petrol 88kw and the engine is very lazy at low revs: 2-3500 rpm as the revs increase beyond this the performance is adequate.

Hi all, I am Kees, living in the Netherlands. It is already 1,5 year ago that I bumped into the Honda FR-V while looking for a family car. We got the 2.0 executive, what an awesome car! Today I spent some time replacing the knock sensor, I hope for no more fault codes. The sensor was more hidden behind parts than I wished for, but it worked out from underneath. Also have a weird signal light problem where I could really use some advise, so do not hesitate if you have any clue.

hi, I've just bought a 2001 Civic 1.6i VVT auto Executive, 70K 1 owner with history. this is my second Honda, I had a Z600 in the 1970's which was an absolute hoot to drive, crash gearbox/double declutching and all. The Civic is very civilised. I've had various other Japanese cars including a couple of JDM Estimas, and a few Suzukis. Apatr from a couple of supermarket bumps this Civic is immaculate, I'll sort the minor scrapes in the next couple of weekends.

Hi all, I became a Honda owner in January this year when I bought a 54 plate Accord tourer to replace my stricken Zafira (RIP Zaffi). So far I've only experienced a few niggles that would effect any older car, but overall I'm really happy with it.

Just bought myself a 1992 CRX VTEC, very pleased with it! Anyone on here specialize in finding out the history of old Honda's as i'd love to know more about my car. I have some information but not as mich as i'd like. Cheers, Lewis

In good reasonable unrestored original condition. Can't be bothered with e-Bay etc. Front and back bumpers. Centre Exhaust section (new). Starter. Alternator. Space Saver wheel & tyre.(unused).
