Firstly, Happy New Year to one and all. Just bought my third CR-V, a MK4, 2015 EX facelift model having previously had a W reg. MK1 and a 52 plate MK2. Have just developed electrical issue with the AUTO Light function, amber warning keeps coming on, temperature display flashes, NAV goes bright then returns to pre-set and electric seats loose stored positions. Apart from this, loving it to bits. Also would like to add Apple Car Play to existing GARMIN system. Would appreciate any suggestions! Many thanks. Si.

I had an Accord VII facelift 2006 2.0 icdti several years ago and it was superb car. Now I have CR-V IV 2018 1.6D which I bought a year ago as repaired accident car. Unfortunately it was the most worse repair which I saw in my life. I have started big project rebuild the car to be good one and safe when is driving. I have still some electric issues to resolve because of the car has been upgraded for some features during rebuild process and I hope somebody will be able to help with this.

Hi everyone ..Multiple Honda owner here 2 cars and Four Bikes but sadly one of my old favourites has reached retirement time for me. Its a 1998 Accord Saloon 2.0 VTEC 130k on the clock But sadly showing her age and i cant justify keeping it any more. Sent it to my local garage and it failed MOT and its too much for me to consider doing. (Happy to supply failure sheet if anyone is interested) Engine and gearbox are really good car runs great if anyone needs a Donor car. I'm not going to break it for parts or sell it bit by bit so if anyone is interested Its the whole car thats available.V5 is in my name and i have owned the car over 10 years.

Hi everyone love my or HONDA Accord VIII Estate (CW3) 2.2 i-DTEC (CW3) 150 hp (110 kW) Diesel 2008 (58) the gadgets are epic in comparison the Audi A3 2013 I had. So my issue the steering rack motor as decided to fail and cause the steering to pull to one side resulting in mot failure. The part number is 53601-TL0-E03 According to the garage who have asked Honda dealership I believe for that. very grateful to be part of this owners club. I've seen a tidy 2009 Accord 2.2 diesel with just over 100k on the clock well looked after with full SH through Honda. Keen to get others views if I should buy it? I hear there are a isolated accounts of dpf issues (but that can affect all modern diesels i suppose!). If I do proceed, what should I do in the first month of ownership? is there a top 10 list of dos and don'ts? again, thank you for having me join the club.

One morning last week I started car set controls to de-mist but fan did not come on. tried various settings, but still no blow. drove off still altering settings and blower did come on and worked fine till I got to my destination. Following morning fan came on, worked fine for 5 mins then went off and has not worked since. checked fuses and they are fine. Wondering if you folks have any experience of this and a resolve ? Had a look around and am impressed with the friendly helpful nature of members here. No surprise really as you are all Honda owners so know how to make correct decisions. 😄 Anyway I have a CR-V EX I-CTDI 2009 for about 6 or 7 years now. Love it. Other than having to fill it up every now and again not many problems. No I lie the aircon compressor went down - cost a bomb to fix. Otherwise just niggles here and there.
